Galvanized cable trays are made of cold-rolled steel plates with hot-dip galvanized surface, and consist of mesh, slot, tray or ladder type straight sections, bent pass, tee, four-way components, and bracket arms (arm brackets), hangers, etc., which constitute the full name of the structural system with close connection to support cables.It has very good anti-corrosion properties, long durability, much longer life than ordinary bridges, high industrialization of production, stable quality. Therefore, it is used in a large number of outdoor environments where atmospheric corrosion is serious and not easy to maintain. Hot-dip galvanized cable bridges are made by immersing the rusted steel components into the zinc solution melted at a high temperature of about 600, so that the surface of the steel components adheres to the zinc layer, and the thickness of the zinc layer shall not be less than 65um for thin plates below 5mm, and not less than 86um for thick plates, thus playing the purpose of anti-corrosion.
